Delivery and Return Conditions

1-General

These terms and conditions are hereby made by GISE Danışmanlık Tekstil San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. (hereinafter referred to as "Beila" or "we") for all orders placed by customers (hereinafter referred to as "you") through the Beila website, telephone website or application.


By using Beila.online and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein. Please read the terms carefully before placing your order.


Only persons 18 years of age or older who are not under guardianship and who are not acting as a legal entity, with the exception of TRNC as their residential address, and mail forwarding organizations may place orders.


The inclusion of any products or services on Beila.online at any particular time does not imply or warrant that such products or services are or will be available at all times. We reserve the right to discontinue the sale of a product at any time.


We reserve the right to change these Terms from time to time without prior notice to you. The terms that will apply to your order will be the terms as they appear on Beila.online at the time you place your order.

Beila wants to provide you with the best possible online transaction experience. To make this possible, we are obliged to ensure that our services are uninterrupted in any way, including (i) not posting, disseminating, distributing, distributing, uploading or promoting any content or material that may damage or adversely affect our business, products or services; (ii) not acting or using any means to restrict, inhibit or impede other users from using the Beila. online site in any manner that restricts, inhibits or inhibits other users from using the Beila. online site, or in any manner that may adversely affect the security of the site; or (iii) use any device or attempt to use any engine, software, tool, system, program or other device or mechanism (including spiders, robots, bugs, avatars or intelligent agents) to navigate or search the site, or to copy content from the site. 2-Prices and shipping costs

The prices seen on Beila.online include statutory VAT and exclude shipping costs. The shipping cost for each order will be the same regardless of the size or weight of your order. The price for each shipping method will be clearly indicated when the order is paid for. If we cannot deliver your order in full at once and have to deliver it in several shipments, there will be no additional charge for subsequent shipments. The prices stated in the shop, in the catalog and on the Internet may vary.


3-Placing an order / concluding a contract

The available ordering options available to you are Beila.online. When you place your order, if you have provided your e-mail address, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. If for any reason your order cannot be fulfilled, you will be notified at the earliest opportunity. If you have paid for this order, you will be refunded the relevant amount by the same method used to make this payment. If for any reason an alternative transaction is required, a Beila representative will contact you regarding the refund.


4-Submission

Beila takes the utmost care when receiving and processing orders and will make every effort to deliver your order to a residential address in Turkey according to your chosen shipping method.


Beila makes every effort to ship orders as quickly as possible and in the order of the order. Unless otherwise agreed, upon confirmation of your order, we aim to deliver your order placed by 4:30 p.m. on weekdays within 7-9 business days, excluding Sundays and holidays. On the other hand, although the delivery is intended to be made within the specified time frame, this period may be extended due to unexpected events. If the delivery time exceeds 30 days, even if it is not expected at all, you can cancel your order.


From time to time, we share our collections with you before the sale date and take pre-orders. Delivery times for pre-order products will start after the sale date announced on the sales page of the relevant collection and product.


Before placing an order, you will be informed about the expected delivery details. When you place your order, if you have provided your e-mail address, you will receive an SMS and a confirmation e-mail with the expected delivery details.

5-Customer Cancellation of Order

From the date you place an order until 14 days after you receive the ordered product, you may cancel the order or return the product. If you have already paid for the products, you will be refunded if a refund has been incurred. Full information about the return procedure can be found at beila.online.


If you wish to cancel or return your order, you can start the return process by submitting your return request via beila.online, including your order number and order mail, along with the reason for your return.


You can send the product package you have prepared together with your invoice free of charge through the contracted cargo company or through other cargo companies to Harbiye Mah. Cumhuriyet Cad. No:179 Itır Apt. Floor:6 Apartment:11 Sisli/Istanbul You can send it to our return address.


Provided that we have received the products or the document indicating that you have sent the products back, you will be refunded as soon as possible or within 14 days at the latest following the receipt of your cancellation notification, using the same method you used when making payment.


6-Order Cancellation and Return Conditions/Exceptions

Beila undertakes to refund in full the price of all products returned in accordance with section 5 (Order Cancellation), provided that all products are returned in the condition in which they were received by you. In this context, the products must not be damaged, deteriorated, faded, defaced or worn (except for trial use of the product) and the labels must be intact and complete.


It is not possible to return underwear and all derivatives, disposable products, disposable products, products that have undergone shape changes, damaged products, products that have been destroyed, products that are not suitable for return in terms of health and hygiene if the packaging is opened by you after delivery to you, even if it has not been used. Personal use products, underwear products, etc. In order for products to be returned, their packaging must be unopened, untested, intact and unused.


7-Payment methods

You can pay for the products in the different ways mentioned below.


Credit or debit card

You can enter the payment details at the moment you place the order, using a valid credit or debit card: (VISA, MasterCard or Amex). The relevant amount will be debited from your card immediately. Beila reserves the right to check the validity of the credit or debit card, the credit status in relation to the order amount, and the correctness of the address details of the recipient. Depending on the outcome of these checks, orders may be rejected by us.


You are obliged to provide a correct e-mail address and to inform Beila if your e-mail address changes.


8-Limit of Liability

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or restrict Beila's liability where the limitation or exclusion of our liability would be unlawful.


Beila accepts liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or that of our employees and officers. We shall be liable for any misrepresentations or misrepresentations made by us or our employees or agents.


In the event of a breach of these Terms, we will only accept liability for losses that are a reasonably foreseeable consequence of that breach.


Beila shall not be liable for indirect loss which is a collateral effect of the main loss or damage, for example loss of profit or lost opportunity; or for failure to perform any obligation under these Terms or to deliver goods due to events beyond our reasonable control, including fire, flood, storm, riot, civil commotion, war, nuclear accident and acts of terrorism.


The maximum liability to you for loss or damage incurred in connection with an order placed through Beila.online shall be limited to the total value of your order.


If you have a problem with a product you have purchased from Beila online and you have not been able to resolve your problem with Beila, you should submit your complaint to the Consumer Arbitration Committee.


9-Colors and dimensions

All reasonable efforts are made by us to accurately display our product specifications, including product composition and colors. The color you see will depend on your computer system and we cannot guarantee that your computer will display these colors accurately.


The measurements of a product shown on Beila.online are approximate to enable you to better understand the model or cut of that product and there is no guarantee that the exact measurements of the product you receive will be the same. The final dimensions of a product may vary depending on the material used in its manufacture.


10-Product Guarantee

If the products you have purchased are defective, Beila will honor all applicable mandatory warranty regulations. If you have a complaint that the products we have shipped have obvious material or manufacturing defects, including damage caused during transportation, please notify us and return the products without delay using the return link at beila.online.


11-Transfer and Assignment

Beila shall be entitled to assign or subrogate to third parties any and all claims that may arise in connection with the delivery of the goods, including payment installments.


12-Severability

If any part of these Terms is held invalid by law or declared void by any court or legal authority, the remaining Terms will continue to apply.


13-Right Ownership

All intellectual property rights, including trademarks and copyrights, in Beila.online continue to belong to GISE Danışmanlık Tekstil San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. and its group companies or licensees. Any use of Beila.online or its content in any way other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, including copying or storing such content in whole or in part, without Beila's permission, is prohibited.
